  • WILLIAM LOCKE, m. 1. MARY FOWLE, at Lancaster, June 18, 1772, who d. Nov. 17, 1796, a. 50 ; m. 2. wid. HANNAH WOOLSON, (wid. of Jonas Woolson, of New Ipswich, N. H.) Ap. 13, 1813, who d. Nov. 19, 1828, a. 70.

    He d. Jany. 16, 1827, a. 78. He succeeded his father as an Innholder at Lancaster, where he resided until about 1798, when he removed to Rindge, N. H., and about 1808 to New Ipswich, N. H., where he purchased the farm of James Barr, which he soon after sold, and moved on to the farm then owned by his second wife, and at this time owned by Mr. James Spaulding.
